SHIPMENTS
Following our order confirmation on which the delivery times will be indicated, we will send a shipping notification email which will be carried out within 24/48 hours. All shipments will be handled via the DHL courier.
In Italy, shipping is free for orders over € 250.

DELIVERY
Delivery of orders in Italy takes place on average within 1/2 working days from shipment. There may be delays on public holidays. For disadvantaged areas or islands, delivery may be delayed for up to 5 working days.
Seab Instruments S.r.l will not be responsible for any malfunctions in the courier delivery service. The customer must check that:
- The packaging is intact;
- The sender of the shipment is Seab Instruments S.r.l
If the package is damaged or does not comply with the standards, the customer is asked not to accept the package from the courier and / or sign the receipt with reserve by contacting customer service as soon as possible at the address info@seab.net
Any dispute regarding damages, shortages, or delivery to an incorrect address must be sent to Seab Instruments S.r.l within a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.
Seab Instruments S.r.l is not responsible for any delays due to customs operations and controls or delays due to force majeure.
TRACEABILITY'
When the order is shipped, info@seab.net will send an e-mail (or sms) with the tracking code and a link from which it will be possible to follow the progress of the shipment.
Mode
For shipments to non-EU countries it is specified that i customs duties are charged to the customer / recipient.
All customers who place an order establish a business relationship with Seab and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package. If the package is not delivered for reasons dependent on the customer (wrong address, recipient always absent, incorrect telephone number, etc.), or if the customer refuses the delivery, shipping costs, cash on delivery costs and any customs charges will be deducted from the refund due to the customer.
RETURNS:
Following the return request to the address info@seab.net specifying the order number, the items to be returned and the reason for the return; you will receive a return authorization email with related instructions from our customer service.
It is possible to make the return (total or partial) no later than 14 days from the delivery date.

All items must be returned intact, properly packaged in their original conditions. Any shipping costs will not be included in the refund.
The return shipment must be entrusted to a courier that guarantees traceability services, preferably DHL. Returns will be processed within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package.
