PC ECG SE-1515 is a diagnostic system for ECG at rest, expandable by stress test, based on software application SE-1515 and acquisition unit ECG to be connected to PC.
The architecture of the application SE-1515 it is based on software capable of operating with a Windows operating system and includes the database of the exams performed. Users of the application SE-1515 they can be authenticated with their own credentials to access the program. Based on the user's profile, this will have access to all or part of the features (for example, the reporting functions are enabled only for user profiles corresponding to the doctor).
ECG PERFORMANCE AT REST
The SE-1515 application includes the functions for the management of patient data, the display of the ECG in real time, the acquisition of the diagnostic ECG with relative measurements and interpretation (editable by the user), the tools for ECG trace analysis, archiving and printing.
Patient data sheet
The operator can enter patient data in a personal data sheet which includes fields for entering the ID, personal and anthropometric data, medical history. Patient data can be imported from third party systems via HL-7 or Dicom communication.
Display of the ECG trace
The ECG trace is displayed in full screen, in real time. It is possible to select the display format (12x1, 6x2, 4x3, 4x3 + rhythm - as well as different formats in case of ECG 15 or 18 leads). The application allows you to adjust the scrolling speed, the width of the paths and filtering. A freeze function allows you to freeze the path on the screen for a better visualization of particular events.
Acquisition of the diagnostic ECG trace
During the real-time display, the user can acquire a portion of the ECG trace of 10 seconds, at will. The SE-1515 application will perform the analysis of the acquired portion, including the measurements of the ECG trace and interpretation. The user will have the right to verify the result, being able to use analysis tools such as both temporal and amplitude gauges and will be able to enter his report as free text and by means of an editable glossary. The diagnostic electrocardiogram will be stored in the database permanently. The analysis of the path can also be performed at a later time, with respect to the acquisition.
Track database
The SE-1515 application includes a powerful database in which all ECG traces performed are stored. The tracks can also be recalled and displayed using search keys based on the following criteria:
- Exam date range (or last day exam setting)
- Exam type (at rest or under exertion)
- Exam status (reported, confirmed, printed, exported)
- Patient Name
- Patient ID
- Gender of the patient
- Type of diagnosis
- Department of origin
The functions of the database also include the possibility of making visual comparisons between traces of the same patient
Print of the ECG trace
The following ECG trace can be printed at any time using the printer connected to the PC. In addition, the path can be saved in PDF format. The application allows the choice of the print format (12x1, 6x2, 4x3, 4x3 + rhythm - as well as different formats in the case of ECG 15 or 18 leads), the scrolling speed, the width.
Exporting the ECG trace
In addition to direct printing, the SE-1515 system allows the export of the layout in PDF, FDA-XML, JPG, SCP, BMP and, optionally, in Dicom format. The export of the trace takes place on a shared folder or, optionally, using the HL7 protocol, or Dicom Storage.
